Step into ballet with us- gentle, welcoming, and uplifting classes for  every beginner. Are you returning to ballet after many years? Rediscover your passion in our friendly classes. Still dancing but need more classes? There's  a spot at the barre for you!

Mat Pilates

Our group mat Pilates classes are small, boutique-style sessions designed exclusively for women. With no more than eight participants per class, you'll receive the personal attention and hands-on guidance you need. Each class focuses on refined, mindful movements that strengthen and balance the whole body- helping you move with greater ease, grace and mobility through life. No experience needed, just come as you are.

Private Pilates

Private Pilates Classes can be arranged personally and will take place at my home.

Classes are 60 min 

A Private class can be scheduled either weekly, every fortnight, once a month or once in a while.

If you are looking to refine your technique and have classes tailor made for you, this is a good option in addition to your group class.

Review

As someone who did ballet until the age of 18, I have always wanted to step back into a studio again, but it always felt too daunting. But now 14 years and 2 kids later I have found Belinda. I was nervous, but I have found it such a safe space to get familiar with it all again and at a slower pace, and it's been incredible to see my progress and feel myself building strength again. I have also had a couple of my aches and pains improve and I am able to do the splits again. Belinda is wonderful and I would highly recommend her classes for real beginners and even those who want to return again.

I love how Pilates has changed my mindset about exercise. I feel so much stronger. Never thought I'd ever be able to plank. Having some health issues and joint/muscle problems, Belinda has managed to make the exercises work for my personal needs. Thank you Belinda for always motivating me and showing us that we CAN!

Love my ballet classes! Fun, fitness coupled with beautiful music. Belinda is a lovely and gentle teacher who accepts all ages, shapes and abilities and makes you feel completely comfortable as a novice. I wish I could dance every day!
